Helena Housing
Kitchen and bathroom replacements. Partnering with Whites and Helena Housing over 5 Years.

West Tower
This contract is currently on going and due to finish in late 2007. It’s a 40 storey apartment and office block owned by Beetham and constructed by Carillion.

Barclays Banks
This is an on going partnering contract between Barclays, Interserve and ourselves. It involves the refurbishment of branches in the Northwest and North Wales and is currently in its 7 year of partnering.

Probation Hostels
A partnering agreement with the Probation Services and Carillion.

Wigan Infirmary
New extension at Wigan Hospital. The main contractor was Simons. Completed 2005.

Castlefields
New housing development for various association including CDS. Crudens have been the main contractor. have been in excess of 1000 new build dwellings in various phases over the last 8 years.

Liverpool Football Club
Every close season maintenance painting is carried out at the ground and training facility.

Princes foods
Redecoration of Boardroom in Liver Buildings.

Bury College
New build college for interserve. Completed 2006
School of Pharmacy Manchester university. On going with Balfour Beatty.

Relocation of Pharmacy Dept for Balfour Beatty

Wymott Prison
New prison wing for Interserve.

Altcourse Prison
New prison wing for PCSL/Carillion.

City Lofts
This was completed in 2006 and involved the painting of 150 apartments in a new build development. The Main Contractor was Carillion.

Fact Centre
New Theatre, Cinema and Educational Centre for Mowlems.

Manolis Yard Apartments
Two tower blocks of 110 apartments for Mowlems.

Chemical Production Centre
New production centre for Pochin.

Lecture theatre Liverpool University
New Lecture Theatre for Mowlems.
